Yes. I provide both counseling (therapy) and coaching. Therapy focuses on healing, emotional regulation, and clinical concerns, while coaching is future-focused and supports growth, clarity, and goal alignment. We’ll determine together what best fits your needs.
Your first session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to change, and what support looks like for you. There’s no pressure to share everything; we move at a pace that feels safe.
Yes, all sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your own space.
